OUR RETURN POLICY:
- Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or can NOT be returned.
- We accept returns for refund to your original form of payment when return is postmarked within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order. For items that you choose STORE PICK UP for your shipping option, the 14 days begin when your order is first available in-store (not from the day you come in to pick it up. If your plans change and you don’t think you will be able to make it in store to pick up, just reach out to us and we can help get your order shipped to you!)
- Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. For any questions on return eligibility prior to ordering, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
- FINAL SALE items include:
•Sale items on sale for 15% or more. Promotions on regularly priced items are eligible for return unless otherwise indicated in the specific promotion.
•Markdown items which end in .00 (if you have any questions of an item is returnable please reach out before ordering)
•Gift Cards, intimates, bras, camisoles, hair accessories, sunglasses and any Final Sale/Clearance items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.
•Any item not meeting the above mentioned criteria is FINAL SALE.
-If an item bought on a BOGO event is eligible for return and the full price item is returned, the refund amount will be the price of the item minus half of the BOGO discount value.
We want you to LOVE your purchase and feel amazing in your #pinkpigstyle!! Let us help minimize the need for you to have to deal with a return by answering any questions you may have about sizing, length, material, etc by reaching out to us via email email@example.com or through Facebook. No one wants to hassle with returns because they're expensive, time-consuming and no fun so please feel free to ask away prior to ordering! We are here for you!
-Refunds must be issued back to the original form of payment. If this is not possible, returns will be issued in the form of store credit. If your order qualified for FREE SHIPPING and your return would make your order now subject to shipping charges (original order minus return item is under $75), $6.95 will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund any shipping charges.
-If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and your request for return will DECLINED. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.
-Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.
Our items can sell very quickly and we can not guarantee your exact item will be available for an exchange. We suggest re-purchasing that item in the size you need and following the return instructions to send the other item back. Please make sure that item is eligible for return. HOW DO I SEND MY RETURN BACK ?
We want to make this as easy for you as possible!!
Two important steps:
1. First things first....initiate your RETURN following the link:
*Please do NOT just ship back a return without initiating the return first via the link above.
2. Once your return is APPROVED, please complete the RETURN FORM and include it with your return! Securely repackage your items. Please be sure to include a completed receipt/RETURN FORM with your return so we know who to refund!
-If you choose to use the pre-paid USPS return label, please take it to your nearest post office to drop it off. We will then get notified your return has been sent and we’ll have the tracking number. If you choose the pre-paid label, $6.95 will be deducted from your refund or store credit. Our pre-paid return labels are only for use in the United States.
-If you choose to purchase your own return labels, you may use the shipping carrier of your choice and will be responsible for paying postage. Please keep a record of the tracking number. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen on their way back to us, so we suggest getting a tracking number to help track your return.

You are free to return your item(s) in the original packaging or whatever packaging you choose as long as it provides your item safety from damage in transit back to us! Please do not staple any bags as it can damage the item(s). Tape is always safe....so tape up that package like it’s a Christmas present you are trying to keep secure from a nosey kid on Christmas Eve!!
Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box. Damage to the original shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for returns. Hats need to be securely packaged to ensure they do not get damaged or bent. In this case, those items will be shipped back to you and you are subject to the return shipping costs. We packaged it with love when we sent it to you, so please do the same if you need to send it back to us!
REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIME
You will be notified via the email address associated with your order when we process your return. It can take 1-2 weeks to fully process your return. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. If your original order qualified for FREE SHIPPING and your return would then cause that order to be subject to shipping charges (order is below $75), $6.95 will be deducted from your refund.
Your funds may take a few more days to appear in your account after we process your refund. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. If you have any questions on the status of your return, please feel free to email us at any time!
What if my package is refused or not delivered?
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used for the original order.
If you choose not to have your order re-delivered, we can issue you store credit the cost of the items, but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the carrier will be deducted from the credit as well as a 25% restocking fee.
How do I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please email us at email@example.com or message us on FB immediately after placing your order. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to modify the contents of your order. Changes in price, items going on sale and/or promotional codes are not valid on previous orders. We will be unable to modify orders placed prior to price changes. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to help you.
My order says it was delivered but I still don’t have it? Now what ?
Please contact your post office first and provide them with the tracking number for your package. They have GPS coordinates for your package and can usually help you locate it !! If you need further assistance, please let us know!
**This return policy overrides any other return policy associated with any social media shop that we may be associated with. No matter what any other shows for the return time, our policy is 14 days from the time your order is delivered.
