We are here to make your shopping experience with us amazing and we know that means sometimes you’ll need to return an item!! Let us help minimize the need for you to have to deal with a return by answering any questions you may have about sizing, length, material, etc by reaching out to us via email firstname.lastname@example.org or through Facebook. No one wants to hassle with returns because they're expensive, time-consuming and no fun so ask away!
Be sure to inspect your item upon arrival. If there is any issue please let us know right away so we can take care of you! You have 2 days from the time your item is delivered to let us know of any quality issues with your items.

**This return policy overrides any other return policy associated with any social media shop that we may be associated with. No matter what any other shows for the return time, our policy is 14 days always.
*We ONLY offer refunds in the form of in-store credit. Store credit will only be issued if your returns are received back to us within 14 days of you receiving your purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you purchase an item for store pick up, the 14 days begins when your item becomes available for Pick Up in store .
*Please do not ship back your items if they are outside of our return window or do not meet the requirements. We cannot send it back for free.
*SALE items are FINAL SALE and CAN NOT be returned. If you have any questions on if your item is eligible for return please ask us before you ship it back.
For your item to be eligible for return it must:
--> be unworn
--> be in the same condition that you received it
--> be in the original packaging with tags still attached
--> be free of any odors or smoke smell
--> be free of any makeup or deodorant stains
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If your item does not meet any of the above criteria we are sorry but cannot accept it as a return.
Refund for store credit (if applicable):
*Please allow 10-14 days for your return to be fully processed from the time it was delivered. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return by email. If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and you will receive store credit via an online gift card. This will be a separate email than your gift card containing your store credit.
*SALE items are FINAL SALE ! Any item 15% off or more is considered SALE and can not be returned.
Our items can sell very quickly and we can not guarantee your exact item will be available for an exchange. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about the possibility of exchange. You will need to pay shipping for the exchange item. We will invoice you for the shipping once we receive your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item back to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive store credit for your return, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable. Of course if we made a mistake we will take care of shipping ;)
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We strongly suggest getting package tracking with any items you return. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for packages lost en route back to us.
